CYJ pumping unit

CYJ series pumping unit designed and manufactured by us is a
conventional beam pumping unit. It is the most ordinary and widely
used ground power equipment in rod oil production in the oilfield,
and it is also an essential equipment in the production process of the
oilfield.
This series of pumping units fully comply with and are manufactured
in accordance with GB/T29021 Beam Pumping Units for Petroleum
and Natural Gas Industries and other relevant API standards.
In addition to producing conventional beam pumping units, in order
to meet the requirements of energy conservation and consumption
reduction in the oilfield, the company also develops a variety of
energy-saving pumping units, such as heterogeneous beam balanced
pumping units, double horsehead pumping units, diameter and torque
adjustable pumping units, crown wheel pumping units, etc

Main characteristics：

① The whole machine has the advantages of simple operation, convenient maintenance and long service life.

② Finite element analysis method of key structural parts is applied, which has stable performance and high reliability.

③ The traveling beam applies box type or I-steel structure, which has excessive strength, good rigidity and high bearing capacity.

④ The reducer applies symmetrical split double arc or involute herringbone gear transmission, with good sealing, low noise, stable

operation, reliability and durability.
