API F series pumping units

API F series pumping unit is a new type of energy-saving
pumping unit without beam. It has low appearance,
flexible transmission and the whole machine is foldable.
It is a new type of ground power equipment in rod oil
production in oilfields.
The product conforms to Specification for Pumping Units
(API Spec 11e) and other relevant standards.

Technical performance characteristics:

① The flexible transmission of roller and belt is applied to reduce the impact load and prolong the service life of the reducer.

② The unique heterogeneous crank and complete crank balance are applied, with good energy-saving effect.

③ The reducer adopts symmetrical split involute herringbone gear transmission, with good sealing, low noise, stable operation, reliability and durability.

④ The whole machine has small volume mass ratio, low appearance, can realize the folding of the whole machine, and is easy to install and move.

⑤ Simple structure, convenient for operation and maintenance, good cost performance.
