Adjustable eccentricity polished rod sealer

Structure and operational principle:

The adjustable eccentricity polished rod sealer has the following  characteristics:

•The upper and lower two-stage sealing mechanism is applied to  ensure safe and reliable sealing. 

•The upper packing is the main seal, and the integral conical spiral  seal ring is applied. It is made of oil resistant nitrile rubber, which has  performances of high strength, good anti extrusion, anti-aging and  strong compensation. 

•The lower packing is a secondary seal. When the upper packing  needs to be replaced, the lower packing can be sealed. In this way,  there is no need to stop the well for venting when the upper packing  is replaced, which avoids the loss of crude oil and improves the  production. Secondly, the lower packing mainly plays the role of  righting the polished rod in the use process to avoid excessive wear  of the upper packing. 

•The lower packing is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which  has good thermal stability, anti-friction and self-lubrication, and is  resistant to acid, alkali, oil and aging. The unique section shape  of the design, when pressed axially, the sealing ring can generate  large radial deformation, so that the sealing ring has good radial  compensation performance. Meanwhile, it also has good liquid selfsealing and self-lubricating performance. 

•A disc spring is installed in the upper packing box. When the  packing is worn, the disc spring releases its elastic potential energy  to increase the automatic compensation performance of the packing  after wear, and there is no need to tighten the packing frequently.  Secondly, it reduces the extrusion damage of the gland to the  packing when tightening the packing, so as to prolong the service  life of the packing. 

•The upper and lower connection flanges apply spherical sealing,  which can adjust the direction within the range of 360 degrees, so  that the sealer has the eccentricity adjustment function of up to 5  degrees, thus avoiding the problem of eccentric wear of the sealer  packing caused by the deviation between the sucker rod and the  sealer, resulting in seal failure.
