Anti-corrosion coupling of sucker rod

The anti-corrosion coupling of sucker rod is a newly developed
anti eccentric wear tool for sucker rod in pumping wells. It has
the characteristics of simple structure, convenient use, long
service life and low relative cost. It is suitable for eccentric
wear pumping wells, especially for eccentric wear pumping
wells and directional deviated wells above the neutral point
of the sucker rod. Below the neutralization point of the sucker
rod, the anti eccentric wear effect is better when it is matched
with the nylon centralizer on the sucker rod body.

Main functions and uses:

① Excellent self-protection

The Ni60 alloy powder coating ensures that the coupling maintains excellent wear and corrosion resistance in the complex operating

environment of the underground. The composition, structure and hardness of the coating are quite different from that of the tubing,

which prevents and delays the initial adhesive wear. The high hardness of the coating enhances the wear resistance of the coupling.

② Good protection for oil pipe

The unique anti-wear element (ε phase) in the Ni60 alloy powder coating is uniformly transferred to the surface of the tubing in the

process of friction between the coating and the tubing, and is attached to the surface of the tubing, forming a solid lubrication, protecting

and slowing down the wear of the tubing surface, while reducing the friction coefficient between the coupling and the tubing, it has the

effect of reducing friction.

Operational principle:

The technical core of anti-corrosion coupling of the suction rod is to coat the Ni60 alloy powder on the surface of the suction rod coupling

with a special surface treatment process to obtain a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant low-friction coefficient coating, the thickness of

which is greater than 0.25mm, the wear resistance is more than 10 times that of the ordinary coupling, and the amount of tubing wear is

reduced by about 3 times.

According to the actual needs of the oilfield site, the current sucker rod anti-corrosion coupling has 3/4", 7/8", 1" and other series specifications,

and can be sprayed and processed according to the user's requirements.
