Liquid Nitrogen Pump Unit
Liquid Nitrogen Pump Unit has direct-fired and Heat Recovery.
1.Direct-fired liquid nitrogen pump truck:
A direct-fired liquid nitrogen pump truck is a specialized transportation vehicle that employs direct combustion to drive the liquid nitrogen pump system. Unlike traditional electric or mechanical transmission systems, this pump truck utilizes thermal energy generated from the combustion of fuels (such as diesel or natural gas) to convert into mechanical power, which drives the liquid nitrogen pump to perform functions including liquid nitrogen extraction, transportation, and injection.
It is primarily used for liquid nitrogen solutions and supply methods requiring high strength and portability in applications such as oil extraction, mineral mining, gas storage facilities, and pipelines.
1.2 Product Introduction of Direct-fired Liquid Nitrogen Pump Truck
1.2.1 This liquid nitrogen pump truck is primarily used to support hydraulic fracturing equipment in liquid nitrogen injection fracturing operations, acidizing treatments with liquid nitrogen injection, liquid nitrogen gas lift drainage for oil and gas wells, as well as nitrogen displacement, airtightness testing, and pressure testing for various large-scale natural gas pipelines and gas storage facilities.
1.2.2 The liquid nitrogen pump truck employs a direct-fired evaporation system, which vaporizes high-pressure liquid nitrogen into high-pressure nitrogen gas for injection into oil/gas wells or other equipment to achieve construction objectives.
1.2.3 The system primarily consists of a diesel power unit, direct-fired liquid nitrogen evaporator, torque converter, gearbox, reciprocating three-cylinder liquid nitrogen pump, centrifugal perfusion pump, and various operation control switches.
1.2.4 During normal operation, liquid nitrogen flows from the storage tank through a centrifugal infusion pump into a three-cylinder pump, where it is pressurized by a reciprocating piston to achieve working pressure. The high-pressure liquid nitrogen then enters the evaporator, absorbing sufficient heat to transform into a high-pressure gas with temperatures rising to 60°F-70°F (15°C-21°C). It is subsequently discharged through the exhaust valve at a flow rate of up to 800,000 standard cubic feet per hour.
2. Heat Recovery Liquid Nitrogen Pump Truck
2.1 Heat Recovery Liquid Nitrogen Pump Truck: This advanced fluid transportation and processing equipment incorporates heat recovery technology into traditional liquid nitrogen pump trucks. Specifically, during the liquefaction-to-gasification process of liquid nitrogen, substantial latent heat is released-a phase that typically results in energy waste. The heat recovery system captures this latent heat through integrated thermal exchange mechanisms, converting it into usable thermal energy or pre-cooling other media to achieve energy conservation and operational efficiency improvements.
2.2 Product Introduction of Heat Recovery Liquid Nitrogen Pump Truck
2.2.1 Thermal Energy Reuse: Integrated heat exchangers capture the cold energy generated by liquid nitrogen evaporation and convert it into usable heat sources, significantly improving energy utilization efficiency.
2.2.2 Intelligent Operation: Equipped with precision sensors and automatic adjustment systems to ensure stable temperature and pressure, enhancing operational accuracy.
2.2.3 Broad applicability: Suitable for various scenarios including industrial cooling, agricultural refrigeration, and scientific research experiments, demonstrating high flexibility.
2.2.4 Environmentally Friendly: After treatment, low-temperature emissions reduce environmental pollution and comply with green production standards.
2.2.5 Safety Enhancement: Incorporates leak detection and emergency response mechanisms to establish a comprehensive protection system.
2.2.6 User-friendly design: Intuitive interface with remote support to accelerate skill acquisition.
2.2.7 Durability and Maintenance: Selected materials and modular construction facilitate long-term service and easy maintenance.
