Hydraulic rotary table

It is a new type of mechanized equipment used in oilfield workover operations for drilling cement plugs, shallow well casing milling, and making couplings. The use of this equipment expands the operational scope and capability of small workover rigs, allowing small workover teams to replace large workover teams in performing certain rotating operations on drill strings, thereby reducing workover costs.

Main Function:

Easy installation and operation. Connect to 250 or 350 wellheads via bolts, and eliminate counter-torque during rotation using a tail rope for smooth operation.
Flexible power source. Connect to directional valve assembly via hydraulic station or workover rig's hydraulic system, then link to hydraulic motor on the rotary table for operation.
Directional valve controls enable smooth rotation, braking, and operation with simple yet reliable mechanisms.
Features high, medium, and low gears to meet varying speed and torque requirements.
Incorporates the company's first-of-its-kind rotary table brake, clutch, and counter-torque release device. This allows motor-shaft decoupling during operation, facilitating gear shifts and complete torque release. It maximizes motor protection against counter-torque damage while effectively managing counter-torque (a force generated by downhole tools during construction). When rotation stops, counter-torque instantly releases, causing tools and table to reverse rapidly while triggering motor reversal and pressure surge. The brake-clutch system with counter-torque release significantly enhances operational safety.
The rotary table and housing are sealed with rotating gaskets. The table features square drill pipe self-sealing cores fixed by tapered connectors, which prevent disengagement during rotation.

The design can effectively prevent the low and medium pressure oil and sewage from entering and flowing out of the rotary table, and increase the stability and safety of the rotary table.
