Full-barrel pump

The full-barrel pump developed by us is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T18607, API Spec 11AX and other standards, with domestic advanced technology, having advantages of reasonable design, high pumping efficiency, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, long pump inspection cycle, and so on. The company produces not only standard tubular pumps, but also special pumps such as sand-proof pumps, anti-gas pumps, bridge pumps, inclined well pumps, tandem feedback pumps, and stratified production and mixing pump.

Technical performance characteristics:

① The pump barrel applies high-quality special pipes, and the inner surface applies surface strengthening treatment such as chromium

plating or nickel phosphorus composite plating, with high strength, good rigidity and wear resistance.

② The plunger surface is spray welded with nickel base alloy powder, which is wear-resistant.

③ The valve ball and valve seat are made of high carbon chromium stainless steel or tungsten carbide, titanium carbide and other materials,

with long service life.

④ High pump efficiency and long pump inspection cycle.

⑤ Simple structure, easy to use and install.
